Charming art deco decor creates a delightful atmosphere, making the place visually appealing. Clean rooms offer a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out.
The lifts had a rough time. one broke down completely, leaving us with only one semi-functional option, which had an unresponsive button. Limited hanging space in the room made it a little cramped for our luggage, not to mention the shower that barely offered warm water. The breakfast left something to be desired, served lukewarm and rather pricey, which didn't match the overall quality we expected. Not having in-room information about breakfast options was a bit annoying, as it made planning our mornings more complicated.

Target audience seeking comfort
This place was all about that sweet view of the square, it was mesmerizing! And the shower—two shower heads, like having options, felt like luxury right there.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it’s still reasonable.

It was just an ideal choice for a weekend breather in London with value for money. Breakfast was tasty but a little hit or miss when they ran out of croissants! Just check breakfast hours in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you're a foodie, you're in for a treat! Just a hop from the hotel, there's the vibrant Dishoom for some killer Indian brunch and Angus Steakhouse for a proper meat feast. Plus, the Deluxe Double Room was snug and came with a mini fridge to stash your late-night snacks! Not to mention, the waffle weave bathrobes are just fab.
But keep in mind, my room was a bit noisy with club thumps keeping me awake into the night. And don’t get me started on the shower temp—proper lukewarm vibes left me longing for some heat. Though hearing a chorus of complaints at checkout felt like a support group for tired souls! We still left with smiles and memories.

Perfect for a Family Getaway
The staff were incredibly accommodating and I remember one evening when they helped us find a great place for dinner just around the corner and even gave us some insider tips on exploring the nearby attractions. The room was surprisingly spacious for a city place and we all enjoyed some quality time watching a movie on that large smart TV which felt like a mini cinema in our room.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what you get it's certainly acceptable.
